Instruction: Always Store in the freezer compartment at minus 18˚C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Consume within 2 hrs after defrosting.
Defrosting Instruction: For best results thaw in refrigerator until soft.

How to prepare?
- Fried Tilapia Fish: After defrosting, apply marination or masala properly. Shallow fry in 7-8 teaspoon of oil for 5-8 minutes.
- Tilapia Fish Curry or Masala: After defrosting, add the pieces to your regular masala or curry.
